4.  Go straight one block on 9TH ST heading EAST
5.  At the next light turn right onto RIVERSIDE AVE
6.  Go one block and take a left onto FRANKLIN AVE.
7.  Go two blocks and take a right onto 31ST AVE.
8.  Go approx. .5 miles and take a right onto 28TH ST.
9.  We are located on the NW corner of 28TH ST and 31ST AVE.
